Festival 'The backlands will turn Art' will BaianaSystem in Bahiab

This is the 3rd edition of the event, held in the city of Araci, 3 and 4.

The Baiana System band will free concert at the 3rd Festival "The Hinterland will turn art", which takes place in the city of Araci, 211 kilometers from Salvador, in the Sisal Territory. The event will be next weekend, 4th and 5th of June, and the band's performance will be on Sunday (5) in the main square of the city. The show will open with Accordion Orchestra, the band I came from Bike and Alisson Menezes, from 18h.

The program on Saturday (4) will be at the Cultural Center of the city, from 19h, with the presentations of the band local Fife, the Icaraso theater group, and Daniel Gomez and guests with a pocket show.
Also on Saturday there will be the launch of the book "Ancestry and music in Quixabeira" writer Sandro Santana on the musical movement Quixabeira.
The idea of the Festival is to bring to the public a number of productions, local, regional and capital. The event, which had the first editions in April and May, and had shows of Scambo band, orchestra Santo Antonio and Juliana Ribeiro, Sertanilia, Val Macambira, the Mono band and Sergio Magno.
